We aim to keep our service personal and to deliver, wherever possible, in our own fleet of vehicles. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff includes our very own Technical Director, Josef Boni. Uniquely, he's able to help new businesses set up their premises. Both Josef and Jo Mackenzie – who's area sales manager for the North - offer practical, informative demonstrations as well as suggesting new recipes. Here are some recipes for ice cream flavours; they're all dreamed up by us, and made using just our ingredients.
