Ready To Use Base Mix
Produce delicious tasting ice cream with this convenient ready to use dairy base mix. Ideal for Artisans who do not have a pasteuriser. This mix is used in exactly the same way as a conventionally made mix and can be combined with any Caterlink flavours and ripples to produce an extremely smooth and rich tasting ice cream. |

Fresh Fruit Preparations From Elgar |
Why not add a touch of luxury to your ice cream by the inclusion of these fabulous, fresh pure fruit inclusions and ripples. These products are made from fresh fruit grown on European farms and are supplied to you directly in chilled transport. They are especially formulated to blend in and to remain soft and pliable when frozen. The fruit content ranges from a standard 50% to 65%. Special formulations are available upon request. All of these products are also available in smooth, seed-free purees to be used as ripples for continuous production. |

Marbling Ripples for Artisans
Luxury ripples created to enhance the bestice creams, available for the fruit feeder or for the artisan to create a special marbling. Technical advances and accurate processing ensure that theseproducts remain soft even after freezing. On contact with the ice cream they increase their viscosity for superb blending and will not sink to the bottom. Whole fruit pieces from Fabbri’s own fruit farms are used to create the richest fruit marbles. Use together to create a new flavour combination, for example Walnut Sorrento with Caramelised figs, or Pamatis (Mascarpone) with Wild Fruits Marbling. |
